I am sorry, but you are an idiot who does not understand how the world works, especially programming world.

Simple example – when you paint your walls in different color (your choice to paint, remember that!) and your light switch plate does not match the color, you will not expect Home Depot to give it new one, right? You will go and BUY new one. Why would you expect them to give you free upgrade if YOU were the one who chose to move to the new Apple OS???

    So stupid…

Many thanks to Mike for those informative comments, and full marks to Home Depot for employing such erudite light switch plate painters.

The fact is, I have a number of programs that I bought at the same time as I bought CCC, that have been continually updated, without charge, Twisted Wave and iZotope amongst them, and are still working today.

If it had said on the website that the program will die at the next OS upgrade and it will be necessary to purchase an update, at least I would have had the choice. All I wanted to say was that since they had to upgrade the program anyway, to enable it to handle the new OS, it would have been appropriate to make the upgrade available for free to all those who had put their faith in the company and bought their program.
I didn't 'choose' to upgrade to the new OS, the choice was made for me!

Thanks Mike for taking the trouble to write in, and good luck painting the light switch plates!

(P.s. I never knew that Mike was a Puerto Rican name...I thought they were all called Jesus!)
